Marshall was amazing throughout this whole process! I am so grateful that I was referred to him by one of his previous clients! This was my first home-buying experience, and I was expecting it to be daunting and stressful. Although I went through this process during this time of COVID-19, and knowing that my experience was not the normal for real estate purchases, Marshall made everything as easy and pain-free as possible. From looking at properties to placing offers and tackling the mounds of paperwork in-between, I was surprised at how much easier it was than I expected. Marshall and Jenni kept me updated and in the loop regarding each deadline and change that was made, and kept me on track with our timeline. I really appreciate the hard work and dedication from Marshall and his team. I’m excited to make this new place our home!
